Since December 1, 2019, we established the Újszeged Health Center-Diabetes Center with the goal of providing access to private doctors and private healthcare services in Újszeged, avoiding the long waiting times experienced in state clinics. Numerous specialties are available in the form of private practice. For details, you can find information about our staff here. The high professional standards are ensured by colleagues with decades of practice, who have outstanding experience not only in patient care but also in the scientific field in clinics. Specialists receive patients in a calm environment. Appointments can be made both by phone between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and online, on our website, 24 hours a day.
The private Clinic is located in the city center of Újszeged, downtown Szeged, in a pleasant environment easily accessible from the city and surrounding areas.

The Diabetes Center is an accredited care facility of the Hungarian Diabetes Association, ensuring modern diabetes prevention, screening, and care in one place in the 21st century. The complex care involves not only highly experienced diabetologists but also dietitians and diabetes educators.
At the Diabetes Center, tools necessary for diabetes self-monitoring are available at discounted prices and can be quickly obtained, with their use being taught by a diabetes educator. Personalized patient education is also available.
We have unique experiences in the field of innovative diabetology, helping patients with diabetes achieve a quality of life comparable to their healthy peers through the acquisition, use, and analysis of data from the latest continuous glucose monitoring sensors.
For diabetics, self-monitoring is not enough, regular lab checks are necessary. Fast blood draws are available at the Health Center. The blood draw is done without waiting, following prior telephone arrangements, in a few minutes. Test results are accessible and interpretable via the client portal or with any doctor. Early appointments ensure that workplace obligations do not need to be adjusted because of it. Blood draws are otherwise scarcely available in the Újszeged area, making it a much-needed service. Sample collection at our facility is cheap in Szeged, as the patient practically only needs to cover the material costs. Our experienced colleagues are also available to smoothly carry out glucose tolerance tests (OGTT).
We pay special attention to patients cared for due to gestational diabetes, as this is an important period for the health of both the mother and the fetus.
The screening for diabetes complications at the Újszeged Medical - Diabetes Center is also outstanding. It is possible to identify practically all complications in one place and time in a short period. Due to the complications of diabetes affecting all organs, most specialists who frequently care for such patients are available at our facility, but we also welcome non-diabetic patients in a family-friendly environment.
